The Beta Hat is a rare head item in New Club Penguin. It was available in the Town during the Beta Test Party on April 13, 2017. It was given as a reward to players who signed up to play the game during the beta testing period. It is considered the rarest items in the game, as it was only obt ainable for 24 hours, between April 13th and April 14th.
